The Reception Hall – Lounge and Restrooms on the Ground Floor
- A reception hall of 154m² designed to accommodate up to 100 seated guests, with a dedicated area for sound equipment and an open space for a dance floor.
- An adjoining lounge of 35m² for isolation, equipped with 2 lounge areas, tables with chairs, and a foosball table.
- Restrooms for both Men and Women, accessible to persons with reduced mobility.
Catering Facilities
- A professional kitchen is at your disposal, equipped with a 5-burner gas stove with a large electric oven, a large 2-door 1200-liter refrigerated cabinet, a short-cycle professional dishwasher (6 minutes), a 4-door low refrigerator, a small freezer, two microwave ovens, and stainless steel tables.
- Dishware is provided for receptions of up to 100 people.
- The cottage is self-catering, but we can provide you with contact information for our partners who can offer you a quality service with an excellent price-to-quality ratio.
Sleeping Accommodations
12 bedrooms are distributed throughout the cottage on 3 levels, providing a total accommodation capacity of 48 sleeping accommodations:
- 1 accessible ground-floor bedroom for persons with reduced mobility (12 sleeping accommodations)
- 6 bedrooms on the 1st floor (18 sleeping accommodations)
- 5 bedrooms on the 2nd floor (18 sleeping accommodations)
The Park
- A wooded park of nearly one hectare bordered by a river ‘l’Ailette’ classified as category 1 (fishing license required).
- For fishing enthusiasts with their own equipment, they will have free access to a private pond of over 1000 m².
- This pond is at your disposal without a fishing license. Children must be supervised and remain under the supervision and responsibility of their parents.
Children’s Facilities
- To save you from bringing your own equipment, you will find at your disposal 2 baby cribs with mattresses, a high chair, a playpen, and a changing table.
