No availability for Christmas and New Year’s holidays
Step 1 – Request a Quote
To determine the cost of your stay, we invite you to select an available period from the availability calendar* on our website, the number of adults aged 18 and over, as well as the number of children aged 2 to 18. Please note that children under 2 years of age are not included in the headcount calculation.
Send us this information through the form in the Contact section, and we will provide you with a quote by email within a maximum of 48 hours. *Availability calendar updated daily.

Step 2 – Reserve Your Stay
To reserve your stay, you must send us the accepted quote, duly completed, dated, and signed by the requester, either by email or by mail. Upon receiving the accepted quote, we will pre-book the chosen period for 15 days while waiting for the return of your rental contract.
Step 3 – Confirm the Contract
Upon receipt of the duly completed and accepted quote, a contract will be sent to you by email within 48 hours.
This rental will take effect if we receive at our address:

- 2 copies of the present contract dated and signed (of which one copy will be returned to you signed by us)

- an advance payment of 25% of the total rental price paid by bank transfer or by check made out to “SARL La Maison du lac de Monampteuil,” with the balance to be paid 30 days before arrival at the cottage

- A Vacation Insurance Certificate obtained from your insurance company for the rental period
- A security deposit of €2,500 will be required upon the tenant’s arrival and will be returned within 15 days after departure.
